When sending photos, please include:
- A full shot of the club (head, shaft, and grip)
- Close-ups of the clubhead showing any wear or marks
- The shaft, highlighting any rubs, pitting, bend in the shafts or cosmetic damage
- The grip condition
- Any headcovers (if included)

Send us photos and details of the clubs you would like to part exchange or sell to us via WhatsApp.

Step 2
Quote and Delivery
Once you’re happy with your quote and ready to sell your clubs to Eagle Golf, the next step is to get them safely to us.
Packing your clubs:
Please pack your club(s) carefully to protect them during transit. Avoid taping clubs together, as this can cause damage when unwrapped. Use bubble wrap or other protective materials around the clubheads and shafts to prevent any knocks or scratches.
Any damage that occurs in transit may reduce your final valuation, so secure packaging is essential.
Including your details:
Write your quote number on a piece of paper and place it inside the package before sealing it. This helps us match your parcel to your quote and process your payment quickly. Missing details may cause delays, so please double-check it’s included.
Shipping:
Please arrange shipment to us yourself. We strongly recommend insuring the parcel for its full value. We are unable to offer compensation for parcels that are lost or damaged by the courier when shipped independently.
You’ll receive a notification once your parcel has been signed for, but please allow 1–3 working days for processing after arrival.

Clubs Received
Once we have received the clubs and have confirmed the condition we will activate your store credit or send you the money via bank transfer the same day.
