- We hope you are pleased with your purchase. However, if for any reason you need to return an item, please read our returns policy below.
Returns Policy
New Products
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your product for a refund.
- The golf club or item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- If the item was supplied as new, all original packaging, tags, and protective wrapping (e.g. plastic on club heads, grips, or tags on clothing) must remain intact.
- Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, damaged, or if any original packaging has been removed.
Second-Hand Products
- You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your product for a refund.
- The golf club or item must be in the same or similar condition as when received.
- Returns will not be accepted if the product has been damaged.
Faulty Products
If you believe a golf club or item you received is faulty, please contact us immediately with details of the issue:

The time period for returning faulty items varies depending on the nature of the item, the fault, and the manufacturer’s warranty.
If a fault is confirmed, you will be entitled to a refund or replacement, subject to our assessment.
Return Postage & Packaging
- Customers are responsible for all return postage costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
- We suggest using a tracked, insured, signed for service (such as, Parcelforce/Royal Mail Express48) for added security and peace of mind, as items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us.
- We do not accept any responsibility for parcels lost in transit when returned by the customer, unless the product was faulty or incorrect and the return shipping was arranged and paid for by Eagle Golf Centre, Leeds.
- Please ensure all returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
- Refunds or exchanges cannot be issued until the item has been received by us.
