Eagle Golf – 14 Day Trial Promotion (New and Second Hand Golf Clubs)

As well as offering our normal 14 Day Trial on second-hand items. We’re excited to offer a limited-time 14 Day Trial on all new golf products to help you shop with confidence. This promotion will run until 20th April.

How it works

• Customers can purchase eligible new golf products and trial them for up to 14 days from the date of purchase.
• You are welcome to remove all packaging and wrappers and use the club as intended, including hitting balls on the range or golf course to properly test performance.

Returns & Store Credit

• If you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 14 days for a full store credit.
• This promotion offers store credit only – This is not a cash refund.

Condition of Returned Items

• We understand that trialled products will show signs of use. However, items must be returned in excellent, well-maintained condition.
• Clubs should not show excessive wear, damage, or misuse.
• Products returned in a condition that significantly reduces their resale value (e.g. heavily marked, dented, or otherwise “battered”) may be subject to a deduction from the store credit issued.

Second-Hand Returns Policy

• Our existing second-hand return policy remains unchanged: second-hand items must be returned in similar condition to how they were sold.
• Returns that show additional wear or deterioration beyond reasonable handling may be subject to a reduction in store credit.

Fair Use Policy

• This promotion is intended to help customers make confident purchasing decisions, not for repeated or excessive use.
• If we believe the promotion is being used excessively (for example, repeated purchases and returns of multiple items), we will honour the current return in line with these terms. However, we may advise the customer that the 14 Day Trial will not be available to them on future purchases.
• Any such decisions are made at our discretion.

Important Notes

• This is a limited-time promotion ending on 20th April and may be withdrawn earlier at any time without notice.
• All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Eagle Golf reserves the right to assess the condition of returned items and determine any appropriate adjustments to store credit.
